Impact Boards Emerging Markets Ltd (IBEM) is pleased to announce that it has entered a strategic partnership with NED Career Services. The collaboration aims to provide advisory services to Directors as they embark in expanding their portfolio of Board positions, and executive to non-executive career transition advisory services to IBEM’s growing affiliate members aspiring to transition to their first Board appointment in Emerging Markets.
The initial services will seek to support existing C-suite professionals in their executive to non-executive career transition to the Board. It will be delivered in a webinar format and will address the key issues when considering the move from executive to independent Board (non-executive) Director roles. Key topics include; when to start a Board Director career, choosing to go plural or starting with one role alongside an executive role, assessing what roles you are best suited for, crafting your elevator pitch, preparing your CV, sourcing opportunities and the
value of networking.
